One of my favorite pictures. Daniel and I took it out of kiaks at Hilton Head. The connection with the poem is really stretched as I don't recall hearing pelicans sing.
I hear the birds outside
Now a different one
A chorus to be heard
Welcoming the sun
Welcoming the day
Celebrating life
Creation singing forth
To honor God of light
